COURSES

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read our cancellation policy. A booking on a course will be taken to show that you accept this refund policy. Courses:

  • If we cancel a course we will either rearrange the class if possible or refund it in full.     

  • Cancellation of a course up to 4 weeks in advance of the start date of the course will be refunded minus 10% of the full course fee for administration cost.   

  • Cancellation made between 4 weeks and at least 10 days before the course starts will be refunded at 50% of the fee paid. 

  • There is no refund for cancellations made within 10 days of the start date of the course.  

  •  It is not possible to replace a session student missed with a future session on another course. it is not possible to make up missed classes and get a refund or a credit for them.

  •  We are unable to offer refunds under any other circumstances i.e. changes to work schedule, bereavements, medical, etc. 

Workshops and Friday Painting Club sessions: 

  • Every place on one-day workshop or a drop in Friday class is transferable. If you cannot attend we would be happy for you to find a replacement to take your place.
